I made pretty much all the decorations and desserts. The only thing I didn't make was the cake and the food. It was a lot of work, but I also had a lot of help! Everyone from family to friends pinched in to help with different projects.
The whole party was inspired by Paperglitter's Poodle in Paris printables. The invitations were designed as passports. There were two inserts: One with the party information and a "first-class" boarding pass to the party.
From the invitations, I went on a shopping spree for everything pink and black. Since her birthday is in early March, I was able to find a lot of things to match the theme because of Valentine's Day. I was even able to get thematic favors for the kids. At Target, I found "Paris" boxes, body lotion and nail filers that were perfect for the girls. The boys got little bags with crayons and other things.
I later added labels to the boys' bags. I ended up not displaying them at the party because there was no room for them.
These little baskets were placed on every guest table and I filled them with candy. The candy had a wrapper with fringes on the edges. I made them all myself using craft foam.
I had two different types of cupcake wrappers. I bought these poodle ones at Hey Yo Yo:

Carla Schiavini made the cake! We were completely pleased with the way it turned out. It was beautiful and delicious! There were two tiers of vanilla cake and one tier of chocolate cake. I should have done the opposite, but I thought people would get their chocolate fix from the chocolate cupcakes.
I bought the pink tablecloths at Bed Bath and Beyond. The runners were sewn by one of my cousins. The black and white damask fabric was purchased at Walmart.
It was the first time I didn't use balloons at a party. I thought the paper flowers were easy to make, inexpensive (I bought all the tissue paper at a 99 cents store) and elegant. I was able to find a lot of instructions on youtube.
I used different shades of pink throughout the party. For some of the candy and lollipop displays, I used a box they were throwing out at the local Target! They were actually lollipop boxes they were about to throw out while I was shopping for candy. I used craft foam sheets to cut out a strip and letters to cover the brand name of the box. Since I used a lot of polka dots in the decorations, they were perfect.
I was able to find Eiffel Tower chocolate mold on amazon.com, and the marshmallow pops were very easy to make!
I used two trays I had home and covered them with white wrapping paper and put a little fabric around it. The little damasks boxes I found at Target at the $1 section. The chocolate candy is a popular Brazilian candy served at birthday parties. Some are rolled into balls, and some are made softer and poured into shot glasses and eaten with a spoon.
The chocolate covered Oreos were a big hit!
I bought really cheap Eiffel Tower charms on ebay from China. They arrived relatively fast, and I used them on the water bottles and candy sticks.
The buffet table was, of course, a huge hit! Children and adults loved it!
I made these little "fudge" balls with Oreos.
My mother-in-law made the little puppy jar out of two empty bottles of soda and craft foam.
I wrapped the candy and put them in a little box my daughter has.
I made a little area for kids to dress up using props.
My daughter's shirt was from SpoiledRottenKids.
