Planning a Scooby Doo Birthday Party

It's that time of the year again when I start going crazy searching for ideas for my daughter's birthday party.  She has chosen a Scooby Doo theme, and I have to do my best to make a Scooby party as girly as possible!

I searched online, and I decided to go with the orange, green and blue color scheme.  I think it will be a colorful, bright party!  It will definitely be very different than my daughter's previous parties.  Her parties have always had a lot of pink (Tinkerbell, Poodle in Paris) and red (Minnie Mouse, Strawberry Shortcake).

I have seen plenty of Scooby Doo products at party stores, but I'm trying to stay away from the commercial stuff.  It was good to find things to fill the children's goodie bags!  So far, I have found thematic erasers, pencil sharpeners, crayons, note pads and silly bandz.

One of my first projects was creating a small centerpiece for the guests' tables.  I used craft foam to make little baskets that I will fill with candy:

I just got these little boxes in the same colors that I will use to line the cake pops, I think:

If I have time, I am going to make layered jello with the party colors and put them in this adorable little cup:
